Delivery schedule arrangement vary by shipment address destination, once the order is dispatched from our store, you’ll be contacted by the courier to arrange your pick up date/time.
- Mecca region: 1-7 working days
- Rest of the country: 7-14 working days
- Payments of orders done before noon will be dispatched on the same working day (Sun-Thu excluding Saudi Arabia national public holidays)
- We will ship your order with DHL Express Delivery, Fedex or Aramex
Returns & Exchanges
- Orders can be returned or exchanged if you are not satisfied with your order. As long as the products are still in their original condition and packaging, we’ll refund your purchase in full within 30 working days after we receive your package.
- If you ordered a wrong size or color you can arrange your exchange by filling out the form below, specifying the option to help for returning your item by choosing “Support” option. Needless to say, the products you send us back must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging.
